Altered P/W premade, energy, healing, etc.
I'm not sure if this is suited for Team Arenas really, as I mostly play 12v12, but I was told to post it here.

Tactics have been bumped down in favor of higher Leadership, leading to Mending Refrain providing 4 regen if you use a minor rune. WY lasts one second shorter, but since it mostly serves as free energy and MR refresher, this is fine too.
So, like the premade, cast MR on everyone before the battle starts, and keep it active with Anthem of Flame. Cheap unstrippable Mending.
Right after the fighting starts, use Aria of Power to get so much energy you won't be able to spend it. I'm thinking this skill is gonna get nerfed. Oh, and any other non-casters will probably appreciate it.
Then just spam the chants and shouts, or wait for a good opportunity to use them if you're more tactically inclined. Don't use Cautery Signet right away if someone has a condition, unless of course you know better.
Ballad of Restoration serves as both selfheal and otherheal, or both. Same for Signet of Synergy - just hit V+1 and don't get interrupted when you want SoS for the selfheal.
And of course, Anthem of Flame can provide some extra damage for non-casters.
In case of 12v12, be sure to toss Mending Refrain on everyone who needs it. It might not stay on long, but it's better than nothing, and you should have plenty of energy anyway.
This build pretty much depends on Aria of Power, because without it, you're going to move pretty slowly. With it, the only problem is that your skills can't recharge fast enough.
